To date, the EuroDCA has been extremely successful in its mission.
From its earliest beginnings it brought expert knowledge and forward vision to Governments, regulators and the wider community. Practical advocacy by practitioners was a fundamental driver to the acceptance of these technologies as a force for good, rather than simply a threat. The Association brought together complementary initiatives from around the world.
Memoranda of Association were struck with like-minded organisations in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Canada, China, France, Korea, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Argentina, UK and the USA.
International, coordinated advocacy for technologies such as distributed ledgers & blockchain, tokenisation, sharded storage, cryptography, DOAs, zero-knowledge proofs, and digital value systems has enabled the application of these important advances within a largely supportive regulatory regime.
